Ube Shrine

Ube Shrine is a shrine that was built for the settlers who came from Tottori Domain, which enshrines the divided spirit of the Ube Shrine from the settlers’ hometown. It is said that it was difficult to qualify as an ujiko (local worshipper) to worship the spirit at this shrine back then, with only relocated samurai families and branch families qualifying, excluding common settlers and tenant farmers from worshipping at this shrine.
