Inawashiro No. 2 Power Plant

Inawashiro No. 2 Power Plant is a hydroelectric Power Station that started operations in 1918, and similar to the Inawashiro No. 1 Power Plant, this Power Station supported the central energy supply of Japan of that time. The red-brick external walls are a unique characteristic of the Power Station, and the building of the plant was first supervised by Professor Tatsuno Kingo, who designed the building of Tokyo Station.
