Sakura Blossoms of Kaiseizan

The trees were planted to strengthen the banks of the irrigation pond, and tree-planting was also designated in the rules of the Kaisei Association, which led to the beautiful trees that are standing today.
About 1300 sakura trees blossom in the spring, making this spot one of the best sakura-viewing spots in Fukushima Prefecture.This was formerly a Designated Place of Scenic Beauty and Natural Monument of Japan.
